Established in 2019 by an avid foodie, our mission was to bring a border favorite from one border town to another. Missing some of our favorite comfort dishes, we wanted to bring authentic Tijuana-Style Beef Birria from the Tijuana–San Diego Border to the El Paso–Juarez–Las Cruces Borderland area.

As a frequent traveler who has traveled 38 countries (and counting), I have traveled the world to discover new cuisines and have learned how to cook a variety of dishes from various cuisines from some of the top chefs in the world. I wanted to share some of my favorite dishes with my hometown.

Having experienced some of the best restaurants in the world, from Michelin Star restaurants to local hole-in-the-wall restaurants, food trucks, and food stands, I had a vision for what I wanted to bring to El Paso.

Through my experiences, I could easily see that the core aspect of the success of many food establishments lies in their passion and devotion to excellence, as well as meticulous attention to detail.
